2025 AIATSIS Summit to be held in Garramilla (Darwin) with the Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation as co-hosts

The Australian Institute for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS) is pleased to announce that it will co-host the 2025 AIATSIS Summit in Garramilla (Darwin) from 2 to 6 June 2025 with the Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation.

The AIATSIS Summit is a unique forum for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, academics, Native Title stakeholders, legal experts, community and cultural sectors; and government to collaborate on the issues that matter most. The Summit also offers opportunities to support and strengthen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, knowledges, and governance. 

Mr Leonard Hill, CEO of AIATSIS said: 

“We are delighted to be partnering with the Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation for Summit 2025.
