AIATSIS welcomes the opportunity to comment on the NSW Valuer General’s Policy – Compensation for Cultural Loss Arising from Compulsory Acquisition. We were happy to note that recommendations made in our previous submission were considered and adopted in part. However, we would like to resubmit a number of those recommendations that were not adopted for your ongoing consideration.
