Largest determination of native title to be made in Australia, covering approximately 187,000 square kilometres of land and waters in Western Australia. Consent determination found that native title  exists in parts of the determination area. Exclusive possession native title was recognised over most of the claim area, including special leases; reserves held in trust for the use and benefit of Indigenous people; and unallocated Crown land. Non-exclusive possession native title was recognised over the Warburton Range stock route.
