Consent determinations recognised exclusive and non-exclusive native title exists in the entire determination area including over land subject to pastoral leases. The nature and extent of the native title rights and interests in relation to the flowing, tidal and underground waters of the determination area are, subject to certain rights and interests, non-exclusive rights.
