Summary

The Act makes amendments to the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 (Cth) (ALRA).

The purpose of this Act is to enable an area of land that is detailed in the Ammaroo Indigenous Land Use Agreement, National Native Title Tribunal Number DI2014/003 (Ammaroo Land), to be granted as Aboriginal land.
