In 2025, 74% of AIATSIS staff participated in the APS Employee Census, sharing valuable insights into how they feel about health and wellbeing, leadership, and working in the APS. These results, captured in the Highlights Report, help shape AIATSIS initiatives that strengthen our workplace and support positive change.
In responding to our staff feedback, we've developed the AIATSIS APS Employee Census Action Plan. This plan focuses on key priorities identified in the census and aims to create a more collaborative, informed, and supportive environment for everyone.
We are pleased to release this agency-level plan, developed in consultation with staff and the Senior Leadership Group. Together, we are committed to addressing areas for improvement and building a workplace where every voice matters.
