The AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market is the largest Indigenous art market in the Canberra region and it has quickly become a popular online event, showcasing a diverse range of paintings, textiles, sculptures and much more. Importantly, 100 per cent of sales from the art market go back to Indigenous art centres, artists and their communities.

This event has now concluded.

The AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market has been an annual event since 2014. Going online for the first time in 2020, it has connected people from the Canberra region and beyond with Indigenous artists, art centres and remote communities.

We are working with the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation on this year's art market to ensure delivery of an integrated online experience to support the ethical purchase of authentic Australian Indigenous art.

Follow all the action on our online channels and use the hashtag #IAMaiatsis
