This symposium brought together Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander language workers at AIATSIS to talk about their experiences in revitalising and strengthening language in their communities.

The AIATSIS map serves as a visual reminder of the richness and diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australia.

Living Languages and the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS) are running another Paper and Talk workshop in October 2023.

We are calling for expressions of interest from groups of two-to-three people working together on their language.
