The 2021 Indigenous Art Market was delivered online due to the ongoing challenges with COVID-19 across Australia to ensure we continued to connect people with Indigenous artists and art centres from around Australia.

We worked with the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation on the 2021 Indigenous Art Market to ensure it was a success and delivered an integrated online experience to support the ethical purchase of authentic Australian Indigenous art.

The AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market has been an annual event since 2014, including as an online event for the first time in 2020 and has connected people from the Canberra region and beyond with Indigenous artists, art centres and remote communities.

This event has now concluded.
