Elizabeth Harvey

Elizabeth is an associate at HopgoodGanim Lawyers and advises clients on all aspects within the large energy and resources sector. She represents clients on mining, oil and gas transactions and provides advice in relation to native title and cultural heritage, and land access arrangements. Elizabeth’s native title experience is extensive and includes acting for both resources companies and Aboriginal parties in drafting native title and cultural heritage agreements, and acting for resources and pastoral respondents to native title claims. Recently, Elizabeth was named one of only eight rising stars of Native Title law in Australia by Doyle’s Guide to the Legal Profession, 2017. She holds qualifications in Laws (with Honours) and Arts from the University of Queensland.
